Designed for individuals committed to becoming their own first responder, this training equips students to rapidly recognize and manage life-threatening injuries in high-stress environments. Instruction is centered on the MARCH/PAWS (PMARCHP) algorithm, emphasizing a systematic, prioritized approach to trauma care.

Participants will gain hands-on proficiency in:

  • Rapid control of severe hemorrhage using tourniquets
  • Management of penetrating and junctional trauma
  • Effective wound packing techniques
  • Application of chest seals for penetrating thoracic injuries

This course emphasizes practical, skill-based training to build confidence and competence when seconds matter most.
